Then send it to the specified address with your dues of $8.00. Make your check payable to “Westfield Stamp Club.” Your application will be reviewed at the next Board of Governors meeting, and you will be contacted with their determination. Subsequent annual dues payments of $8 are payable at the September meeting, and cover the period from September 1 to August 31 of the following year.
