To apply for membership in the Westfield Stamp Club, click on the image of the application. The application will open in Adobe Acrobat. Print and complete the application. Then send it to the specified address with your dues of $8.00. Make your check payable to “Westfield Stamp Club.” Your application will be reviewed at the next Board of Governors meeting, and you will be contacted with their determination. Subsequent annual dues payments of $8 are payable at the September meeting, and cover the period from September 1 to August 31 of the following year.

Please be aware that any members more than twelve months in arrears with his dues will  automatically be suspended from the membership. Reinstatement can be attained by payment of back dues. Also, any former member, who has not been a member for two or more years, may be reinstated upon making application in the same manner as new applicants.
